Ramat Hanadiv Gardens
The Ramat Hanadiv project was certified as the first green building in
Israel and with distinction by the Israeli Standards Institute. This project also
received a green building certificate according to the American green building
standard, LEED.
During the project landscaping around the park included the construction of
new sitting areas, toilet facilities, shops, and an entrance maintenance
buildings, a wastewater institute, and an energy center was built as well.
Another part of the project was renovating the Rothschild grave
a high-level preservation building.
